Affordable Housing Partnership Program: Application Deadline Jan 31
Public, non-profit, & private sector housing providers can apply for funding for innovative and sustainable housing projects. See full details in the Program Guidelines.
Growing Greenhouses Program: Now Open
Support for construction of new greenhouses and vertical farms and for projects that increase the productivity of existing operations and vertical farms.

New Investment & Growth Fund (IGF) Website:
Provides program overview, eligibility criteria, how to apply, designated intake organizations, & more. Investors are encouraged to contact an intake organization to learn more about the program, determine their eligibility and initiate the application process.
Regional Defence Investment Initiative (RDII): Now Open
Provides repayable contributions to for-profit businesses and non-repayable contributions to not for profit organizations and eligible Indigenous recipients.
Helping municipalities with support for regional collaboration & capacity building initiatives. Application deadlines are Jan 15 for Municipal Restructuring and Feb 3 for Mediation & Cooperative Processes.
Emissions Reduction Alberta- Drilling Technology Challenge:Deadline Jan 29
ERA is investing up to $35M to accelerate development & commercialization of innovative drilling technologies. This will help advance emerging opportunities in geothermal energy, carbon capture and storage, critical minerals extraction, oil and gas, and more, while reducing costs and emissions associated with resource access and extraction.
REMINDER- CanExport Community Investments: Open for applications Jan 5-30
Offers non-profits non-repayable grants of up to $500K to cover up to 50% of eligible expenses to help attract, retain, & expand foreign direct investment.
