1. Affordable Housing Partnership Program: Application Deadline Jan 31 - Public, non-profit, & private sector housing providers can apply for funding for innovative and sustainable housing projects. See full details in the Program Guidelines and watch the recording of the Dec. 12 info webinar HERE
- Alberta Community Partnership Grants: Deadline for municipal restructuring is Jan 15 | deadline for mediation & cooperative processes is Feb 3
- Workforce Strategies Grant: Application deadline is Jan 24- Eligible applicants must be employers or industry associations in the fields of aviation & aerospace, construction, or information technology & communication technology. See full details in the Applicant Guidelines.
- Local Food Infrastructure Fund – Large Scale Projects: Applications accepted from Jan 13 to Feb 28 - This program supports projects that help improve community food security through the purchase and installation of infrastructure / equipment that increase access to local, nutritious and culturally appropriate food.
- REMINDER - Ethnocultural Grant: Deadline Jan 24 - Funding for initiatives that create intercultural connections and celebrate diversity among ethnocultural and Indigenous groups.
- REMINDER - Anti-Racism Grant: Deadline Jan 24 - Supports community organizations to implement initiatives that combat discrimination and address systemic racism by funding projects that increase public education and enable Albertans to recognize and value cultural differences and heritage.
- REMINDER - Canada Housing Infrastructure Fund (CHIF) - Application Deadline March 31 - Applications now open for direct delivery stream, which includes eligible applicants seeking support for necessary drinking water, wastewater, stormwater and solid-waste infrastructure needs. The CHIF aims to accelerate the construction and upgrading of housing-enabling drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and solid-waste infrastructure, directly supporting the creation of new homes and increasing densification.
